I've recently got the privilege to interview the author behind my favorite book Ayurveda for your mind, which have had a great impact on my wellbeing and inspired me in the greatest possible way. The book played a great part in my realization of a different lifestyle choice and it made me grasp the idea that there are other paths to follow than the one we think society has laid out for us already. Ayurveda helps my body to take care of itself and to heal it from unnecessary pains. It has not only cured me from my nightmare-migraine but has also given me another perspective of life and how to live it to the full extent. It made me let go of my old conventions and as a result I’m feeling more free, more happy, more creative and I am also doing all the things that I love and that I always wished to do.
